SDC Awarded Its Plant’s Construction Contract
On February 2, 2022, Surfactant’s Detergents Company (SDC) a MASCO Group subsidiary signed a contract for the construction of its plant with Utilities & Industrial Power Services Company (UIPS), under the supervision of Assystem-Radicon, the project consultant. The plant is located in Jubail Industrial City 2, on an area of about 65,000 square meters, with a production capacity of more than 40 thousand tons per year. The contract was signed by Eng. Ayed Al-Garni, the Acting CEO for Surfactant’s Detergents Company (SDC) and Eng. Amjad Ali Wajid, the General Manager of Utilities & Industrial Power Services Company (UIPS) – bid winner, in the presence of Eng. Khaled Al-Luhaidan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of (SDC) and Eng. Misfer Al-Qahtani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of (UIPS).
