The construction of a new government complex has begun in the Iraqi region of Arar (400 km southwest of Ramadi, the center of Anbar), on the border with Saudi Arabia.

The project works include the construction of the complex on a land area of 547,000 square metres.

The complex “includes all government facilities for the departments concerned with their work at the ports, including customs, passports, health and veterinary reservations, a health center and a mosque, in addition to x-ray examination devices, squares and roads, with very high specifications.”
