A safe and healthy working environment is a fundamental principle and right at work
The 2023 World Day for Safety and Health at Work will be celebrated on April 28, 2023 and will explore the theme of a safe and healthy work environment as a fundamental principle and right to work.
In June 2022, the International Labor Conference (ILC) decided to include a “safe and healthy working environment” in the ILO’s framework of fundamental principles and rights at work.
Based on this principle, the MASCO Group will work to ensure the availability of safety and health standards in the workplace and raise awareness of the importance of preserving the safety and health of all workers and that providing a safe and healthy work environment is a basic right for its employees.
Workers are the strength of any company. It’s because of their hard work that the work runs smoothly. So practice safety keep the strength alive.
